Charcuiterie (cold ham, chicken, geese or turkey, sausage)
Cheese with fruit (spanish cheese, probably apples or pears)

Course 2:
Otherways [to bake a pig] (stuffed pork in pastry)
Makerouns (cheesey noodles)
Buttered Colle-floure (with citrus sauce)
Roasted meat (deer, beef)

Course 3:
Chickenes Endoryed (Roasted game hens with sage sauce)
Tourte (vegetable, cheese tart)
Sweet potato
Hijada (stew lamb or beef)

Course 4:
Sops (mace and honey)
Blaunderellys (apple tarts)
Arroz con leche (rice pudding)
