The turducken is….

wait for it…

Perfectly period.  Apparently it has been cooked (and recorded) as early as the 16th century, though it is called a multi-bird ballotine (meat stuffed meat).  It took the Americans to come up with a goofy name. The laurels are gonna have fun with this one.

New food diary and documentation  as I work on my second  “turducken”.  I mean multi-bird ballotine.
